Intarch International is a Limited
Liability Company managed by a young enterprising team of architect
husband and wife, Manupriam and Harpreet. And Sadruddin Inayat
Ali is the business partner. Each partner has different interests
and backgrounds but a clear and definitive role in the firm.
A clear understanding has nurtured a relationship wherein each
project is approached with zeal and creativeness. There is a
constant crossover exchange which benefits all the projects
in the office.
The firm is organized in such a way that Manupriam heads the
Marketing team, developing and nurturing our valued clients.
Mr. Sadruddin is a constant guiding force in the business financial
aspects. The growing family at Intarch also includes Shakil,
Faruk etc. In addition as a team we are also associated with
numerous professionals from the field of Civil engineering,
Lighting, Product design, Visual merchandising, Advertising,
Business management. Inputs from them make designs more vibrant
and at the same time more practical. Here's a note on each one

 Mr.
Manupriam Seth (Managing Partner)
M.Arch. MCA. AIIA
Mr. Manupriam is a multifaceted designer: an urban
designer, architect, interior designer and above all
a very enthusiastic artist. He is creative and energetic.
It is this energy which is the driving force behind
the entire team. And added to this is his cool and patient
temperament which sees us through most difficult situations
if they ever do arise. His greatest hobby is sketching
and painting which is an added asset to the firm and
our clients alike. Currently he is updating his sketching
pages and also writing a book on history of architecture.
He leads his team by example, nobody seems to be working
for him, only with him. His work is a passion with him
and so are all his artistic endeavors.

Work experience:
Manupriam, being brought up by an artist father was
constantly exposed to a great number of artists, sculptors,
designers and their numerous creative endeavors. He
was trained by his father as an artist and shifted to
allied field of Architecture and Urban Design. With
a keen interest in creative design, he also started
with interior and landscape designs. Over the past 14
years after having worked with various professionals
and contractors he sharpened his skills in both detailing
and material application. His extensive knowledge of
3D studio and computer animations is a great asset to
the company. With numerous projects already completed
by him, his quest is on for endeavors where the challenge
lies not only spatial planning but also in detailing
to achieve a harmonious functional design.

Interests:
He has a very profound interest in sketching and painting
from his childhood days. And this is reflected in the
numerous solo exhibitions he has held since the age
of three and around 100 awards for the same. Added to
this is his avid interest in photography which complements
his extensive travels. Production of films on Art and
Architecture has always been a passion and continues
to be so.

 Mr.
Sadruddin Inayat Ali
Mr. Ali is a veteran player of UAE business community
(25 years). Mr. Ali started his career as the GM of Al
Shaer Group of Industries in UAE. He has been involved
in large construction and design projects in UAE on the
behalf of Al Saher Group. Since 1999 his direct involvement
with the business and management aspects of Intarch has
led to several successful projects and portfolios. He
is a team player and higly optimistic in his approach
to the most difficult situations. His belief that any
challenge is humanly possible has led the steady growth
of the Intarch's client base and wide variety of projects.
Mr. Ali is also director/ partner with "Siji Rent
a Car" and Managing director with Trident International
Holdings. Trident is a developer of luxury condominiums
and homes at the Dubai Marina. Trident has set a benchmark
in the exclusive and luxurious interiors that it provides
within all its developments. Mr. Ali heads the project
development, design and construction division of the
group.

Ms.Harpreet Sethi
Her father was always her inspiration, being a great civil
engineer of his times. And from early times always wanted
to be in the building construction industry. Today, she
lives that dream by being a qualified architect, interior
designer and urban designer. She is a perfectionist, extremely
hard working and devoted, leaving no stone unturned to
deliver the best quality product to the client in the
stipulated time. Yes she is strict but at the same time
very fun loving and encouraging all the colleagues to
do their best in whatever they undertake. |

Her greatest passion in addition to her work is travelling
and exploring new exotic places. Each new place visited
leaves an architectonic imprint, thereby making her
sensitive to each design element. The design studio
is her responsibility which includes project programming,
designing, fine detailing and co-ordinating to direct
the contractor in the construction of the project. She
has a strong inclination towards Design of Interior
Spaces, she has developed a strong sense for modulation
of spaces. A free flowing energy encompasses her works
which most of the time are product of rigorous design
development from a simple creative platform. Multi-material
detailing is her forte with strong interests in creating
clear cut lines defining the designed elements and legibility
of spaces.

Harpreet, has had experience in various fields of art
and architecture, which includes building design, urban
design and interior design with specialization in CADD.
The interest and inclination has always been towards
Historic Buildings, Restoration projects and also projects
which require the creation of beautiful and meaningful
spaces. Projects handled include a wide array of building
and interior design schemes in India, Oman, Dubai and
Dar-es-salam.

her cooking endeavors too.

Rahimatpure (Sr.Architect)

Faruk Rahimatpure became an architect by early aptitude
and thoroughly enjoys the design process. He believes
in organized & disciplined team work. He has 15 years
of experience having worked on various corporate, retail,
residential, hospitality, landscape, architectural &
interior design projects. He has excellent exposure with
international practices, teams & products. His skill
set is a combination of design development & project
management. He likes to use a design language with modern
and individualistic elements with an ultramodern character,
creating an ambience where the end user shall feel at
home and proud to be in. At the same time he is well versed
in the historical design jargon and can create ethnic
& classical ambiences. A lyrical and balanced composition
of forms & textures is used with a mature sensitivity
in his designs within the cost parameters.

Shakil a graduate from school of architecture
C.E.P.T., Ahmedabad, believes strongly in integrity
of designs. His talent and innovativeness as a designer
are well reflected in his seven year career after graduation.
He displays admirable sincerity and applies himself
well to entrusted task with utmost commitment. His strength
lay both in conceptualizing as well as crafting of designs.
He is fond of contemporary designs, and is always keen
on delivering aesthetically rich spaces.

Dhiren is a young Architect/ Environmental planner from S.P.A, New Delhi. It was colonial architecture amidst lush green sprawling landscape at the school campus that made him pursue his career.
He has worked hard to earn himself close to three years experience in hospitality and retail design with some of the well known international organizations. He has a strong philosophy towards architecture and he almost swears by it- “If the plan looks good, the elevations will automatically look good.”

Amit Mehta is enthusiastic & creative. He has

and presenting all this by suitable three dimensional
design software as per his best knowledge and skills.
